Right click on the "Preview/Download" section and click "save target as".

If that still doesn't help, click the "How do I install template link" to find out how to download.

it will say "save as html doc" but it will appear as a .txt doc after it is downloaded

open the html document.. then right click and choose view source.. then you copy and paste that. The source comes up as a text file.
